Alicia is a Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) and has been dedicated to her position within the firm since its establishment. Prior to this, she worked in human resources and administration at the investment firm D.B. Zwirn & Co. Since 1996, Alicia has amassed an extensive work history encompassing various aspects of human resources and office administration.

Alicia holds an associate in arts in liberal arts degree with a concentration in business and psychology from the College of Staten Island.
