Darius has more than two decades of experience in committing debt and equity capital to a wide range of alternative investment asset classes. He has served as credit analyst, buy- and sell-side trader and structurer, and public and private transaction originator, issuer, and investor. Before joining the firm, Darius held roles at Pretium, Imperial Capital, R.W. Pressprich & Co., UBS, StoneCastle Partners, and Fitch Ratings.

Darius holds a BS in finance from the USC Marshall School of Business and is an FCA CF30, FINRA Series 63, and FINRA Series 7 license holder.
