Vincent has nearly 20 years of origination, underwriting, portfolio management and operational oversight experience lending to small, middle-market and large-cap companies at credit hedge funds and major banks. He started his career in a financial advisory and accounting role at a nationally recognized accounting firm and served as a mergers and acquisitions analyst for a media conglomerate.

Vincent holds a BS in accounting and an MBA in finance from Fordham University and is a CPA.
