Ninad has more than 20 years of experience in valuations of complex financial instruments and derivatives, financial risk management, and regulatory compliance, including serving as the national valuations partner for Grant Thornton Canada. His expertise spans multiple markets globally including the US, Canada, the Netherlands, Switzerland, the Middle East, and Australia. Ninad’s experience includes credit risk model validation involving probability of default, loss given default, XVAs modeling, regulatory compliance involving capital adequacy calculations, and CCAR/DFAST stress testing.

Ninad has also contributed to the financial industry through published papers on topics such as harmonizing payments, risk-adjusted return, and technical compliance matters.

Ninad holds a BCom from Mumbai University. He is a CFA charterholder, chartered accountant, and certified financial risk manager.
