Jency has more than 20 years of relevant industry experience. Prior to joining the firm, he held senior software engineer and developer roles across the investment industry including, most recently, reporting to the chief information officer at Taconic Capital Advisors as a senior software engineer. Prior to Taconic, he was head of operations development at Saiers Capital, LLC. Earlier, he held developer roles at both MSD Capital and Drake Management, LLC.

Jency holds a BS in computer engineering, with honors, from the Rochester Institute of Technology and an MBA with a double major in information systems and finance from the Zicklin School of Business, where he was inducted into the Beta Gamma Sigma International Business Honors Society.
